Aguero interested in Inter move

Will Aguero be the next Argentine player to join Inter?

Aguero tempted by Inter switch

Sergio Aguero has revealed he would welcome a move to Inter Milan should he leave Atletico Madrid this summer.

Aguero, 21, has been linked with a number of top European sides including Manchester United and Chelsea and, as Atletico look set to miss out on the Champions League, it is thought that he may be sold this summer.

Inter Milan are expected to make a bid for the Argentina forward when the market reopens and Aguero has admitted he would be happy to consider a move to Italy.

“I am very happy that a club like Inter Milan is following me,” he said on Calcio Mercato. “It is something that makes me happy.

“Now is not the time to talk about the transfer market. Together with the club, we’ll see in June. The priority is that the clubs agree. We’ll evaluate the various offers that will arrive.”

He added: “Serie A has a big following in Spain because it is a very difficult and competitive league. We follow Inter and Milan but also my good friend [Ezequiel] Lavezzi’s Napoli.”

I would love to see Aguero at Inter. I think this would be a great move for him. better then a PL move, in my opinion..

I’ve also always wanted messi to move to Inter.. u think that would be a good move for him? once he’s done winning everything with Barca?

do you think Messi would EVER transfer clubs? or will be a barca man for life?

I really believe that Aguero does not have a future with Atletico. He would be smart to move on now while he is still young.

Messi transfering to Inter once he’s done winning everything with Barca?

Hasn’t he already won everything with Barca? 🙂

I think Messi will be one of those rare players in todays game that will actually stay with the same club for his entire career.

He really loves it there in Barcelona, the team, the fans, the city.

He has a team that is built to win and will probably continue winning in the future. And he is paid a very nice salary.

    Why move?

    I don’t see it happening.

  4. Chris says:

Yeah, I agree, he has won everything with Barca 🙂

ur right, they continue to win, why move !?!

with the salary this guy is making, his kids, kids are probably set for life.

    MUST BE NICE !!!

I’m not surprised by Aguero showing interest in Inter. Being married into the Maradona family, I’m sure Diego is always giving him advice on what to do with his life. This could be good or bad. As Diego saw some of his best playing days in Napoli, it is no surprise that Kun is interested in Inter as Maradona has probably advised him that a move to Serie A will benefit him in the same manner as it did Diego.

I’m not opposed to this move as I think Argentine footballers have had some great success in Spain and Italy with only a few making it big in the EPL. Therefore, a move to a bigger and better team in a league that is favorable to Argentines seems logical for Kun. Inter is a bigger and better club then Madrid, so if Kun sees ample playing time, this could be a wise move.

As for Messi, I see him staying in Barcelona for life with the exception of maybe coming home to play in Rosario for the last few years of his career. He is treated like a God in Barcelona and will continue winning and contending every year for trophies. He is too humble and loyal to split to another club solely for $$$. I do see him coming home one day and playing for Newells in the same fashion that a lot of Argentina’s best return to their respective domestic clubs. What does everyone else think?

I agree with you regarding Aguero’s potential move to Inter. On the surface, it appears that all the conditions are there in Inter for Aguero to succeed.

But as long as he stays with Atletico, Aguero’s career will go nowhere.

I also think that Messi will stay in Barcelona. There is not one good reason for him to leave. He has everything that he could possibly want there.
