    What, again?
    We only just played them!!

    anyone else thinking this aswell?

  2. pintadoazulblanco says:

Well, I prefer to see the national team play against Spain again instead of playing in friendlies against third rate teams like Jamaica, Costa Rica, etc…

The game will be played in Buenos Aires.

I can’t remember the last time Argentina played at home against a European national team.

It’ll be nice to have the home crowd support, for a change, in a prestigious/important international friendly.

  3. David Fridman says:

Thinking of it that way, yes, it’s much better than the friendlies you mentioned.
And this will be a real test, to see how Argentina can cope at home, with our support.
Hopefully we can beat them again!

I believe we lost our last game against spain..
      2-1 if im not mistaken.

Spain looked real solid. had me ( and still do) thinking they can possibly win the WC.

  4. pintadoazulblanco says:

Yes, not only did Argentina lose that game, it was embarrased by Spain. Spain gave an impressive display of football, it ran circles around Argentina.

They will have a great team in the WC.

Just looking at the players that will be in their lineup…Casillas, Ramos, Puyol, Pique, Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, Alonso, Villa, Torres…..I mean, seriously, outstanding players in every position. A ridiculous lineup.

How many teams can that be said of?

But I keep going back and forth with Spain.

Some days I’m thinking that their time has finally come and they have the right team to finally win the world cup.

Other days I think that they’ll choke again in the world cup like they always do.

    I don’t know, we’ll see.

As painfully revolting as it is for me to say, I think Brasil will be the best team going into the world cup.

  6. Chris says:

    I agree,

it was a embarrassing match, to thnk we scored only by a penalty kick…, even worse when Catanya kicked our ass’ too..

  7. David Fridman says:

    youre right!
SORRY I WAS THINKING OF BEATING GERMANY!

please dont think i am ignorant to albiceleste!!
    😛
